Chewable probiotic blend benefits oral health and also supports weight management.

Prodegin™ is a high-potency blend of 5 Lactobacillus species designed to promote oral health as well as assist in weight management. It is formulated as a chewable tablet to facilitate prolonged contact of the probiotics with the oral cavity, thus allowing the probiotic microorganisms to exert activity for oral care applications. Lactobacilli are common residents of the oral cavity and studies indicate they antagonize pathogenic organisms implicated in dental caries and periodontitis. The Lactobacillus organisms chosen for Prodegin™ have been shown to inhibit the growth of a variety of oral pathogens and can significantly support dental and periodontal health. The chewable tablets also serve as a convenient option for bariatric patients as recent research shows that probiotic supplementation may assist in weight loss by helping to balance microflora. Prodegin™ has a pleasant taste and is sweetened with xylitol, a natural sugar alcohol that, unlike ordinary sugar, discourages plaque formation and reduces the risk of tooth decay. Each high-potency, hypoallergenic tablet provides 30+ billion CFUs of freeze-dried Lactobacillus cultures. The convenience of a chewable tablet also makes this probiotic easy to use by bariatric surgical patients and others who prefer chewable tablets.

Suggested Adult Use: As a dietary supplement chew one to two tablets daily preferably 30-60 minutes after meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Xylitol, natural cherry flavor, natural vanilla flavor, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and natural licorice extract.

Free of: Klaire Labs® brands of products are free of artificial flavors, preservatives, and colorings. Naturally-derived, inert excipient materials, including cellulose-based excipients, vegetable-derived magnesium stearate, L-leucine, and silicon dioxide are used in very small amounts as tableting and encapsulation aids. Tableted products are protected with an inert, water-soluble cellulose coating that dissolves readily upon ingestion, thus facilitating tablet disintegration time. Vegetarian capsules made of plant cellulose are used exclusively for two-piece encapsulated products. Common allergens such as wheat, corn, soy, yeast, and dairy are avoided unless otherwise specified on the label.
